❓ What kind of society do we want to build \u2014 and how can we make that vision actionable?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

➡️ This is one of the questions we keep coming back to when thinking about complex societal challenges.<\/p>\n

📣 We are very pleased that the European School of Social Innovation (ESSI)<\/strong> will once again be actively involved in OpenLivingLab Days 2026<\/strong>, organised by ENoLL, this year in Brussels and Antwerp.<\/p>\n

✅ ESSI will be represented by Elisabeth Unterfrauner<\/a> and To\u00f1i Caro<\/a>, contributing to the programme through different formats, including the round table \u201cLiving Labs and Citizen Science: Creating Value, Measuring Impact\u201d<\/strong> and the panel “From onboarding to debriefing and beyond\u2013 challenges and opportunities when working with quadruple helix stakeholders in social innovation projects”<\/strong>, as well as other presentations and posters from our community.<\/p>\n

🤝In addition, we are pleased to further strengthen our scientific collaboration<\/strong> with the OLLD community by contributing reviewers to the research strand. We are also very happy to continue supporting the event as a sponsor<\/strong>, reinforcing our long-term commitment to the European and International Living Lab ecosystem.<\/p>\n

💡 For us, the connection between Social Innovation and Living Labs<\/strong> is particularly powerful. Living Labs provide spaces where different actors can come together, experiment, learn and co-create in real-life contexts. But when we are dealing with complex challenges, how<\/strong> we innovate matters as much as\u00a0what<\/strong> we\u00a0 innovate.<\/p>\n

➡️ Social Innovation brings another essential dimension: the question of the society we want to contribute to building<\/strong> \u2014 the values, relationships and forms of participation that should shape the solutions we develop. This year\u2019s theme, \u201cLiving Labs Impacts and Values for a Changing World\u201d<\/strong>, feels particularly relevant to this conversation.<\/p>\n

🚀 We are looking forward to reconnecting with the Living Lab community, exchanging perspectives and, most importantly, continuing conversations on how we can move from experimentation to meaningful societal change.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
