Dr. Bastian Pelka, PhD in communication science, is co-ordinator of the research unit “Labour and Education in Europe” at Social Research Centre – Central Scientific Institute of TU Dortmund University. He is interested in questions arising at the interface between human communication and competences and technology (“human computer interaction”). The background of his research and development projects is an inclusive (digital) society (“eInclusion”). He is lecturer for “eInclusion” at the Faculty for Rehabilitation Science. Dr. Pelka has experience in qualitative as well as quantitative methods and evaluations. Current research topics include “eInclusion”, “life long learning” and “social innovation”.
