Lars Hulgård is full professor at Roskilde University, Denmark. Permanent visiting professor at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, India since 2011. Between 2015 and 2018 he was full part time professor of social innovation and social entrepreneurship at University of Southeast Norway to assist in establishing a research platform on social economy and social innovation. 2018-2019 he is appointed visiting professor of social innovation at Faculty of Economics at Coimbra University, Portugal. His PhD in 1995 was on social innovation in social policy. Latest books: Co-editor of “People-Centered Social Innovation. An Emerging Paradigm with Global Potential” and “Theory of Social Enterprise and Pluralism”. Both books will be published by Routledge, summer 2019. President of EMES International Research Network 2010-2016.
